Pittsburgh Steelers Week 2 Recap: A
Good Old Fashioned Braw
l

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!

Seriously, that game was wild man. First play of the game was a PICK SIX by Alex Highsmith. That
was a touchdown for the Pittsburgh Steelers! Then unfortunately on the Steelers first drive we also threw a interception. This game was not pretty. This was a good old fashioned AFC NORTH football game but, even more than that….this was PITTSBURGH VS. CLEVELAND football!

This is how these games go. They are ugly fist fights! But, we wouldn’t want it any other way. The Browns don’t like us, and we don’t like them. There’s a legitimate level of respect between the ravens and the Steelers. There’s a rivalry between the Bengals and the Steelers but, there’s a HATRED between the Browns and the Steelers. They hate our fans, our players and our city. We hate their fans, their players, their city.
During this game, you felt ALL OF THAT.

So let’s talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly:

THE GOOD: The Steelers defense forced 4 turnovers and the defense scored 14 points; 2 more points than the offense. T.J Watt has also set the record for most sacks in Steelers history.

THE BAD: Speaking of the offense, it’s awful. I’m not the type of guy who takes calling for someone to lose their job lightly but, Matt Canada has got to go. I’m sorry but it’s time. He’s hurting the growth of this team. We can’t expect to win games, if it’s gonna take the defense scoring more then the offense does every game.

THE UGLY: Nick Chubb and his injury. We might hate the browns and their fans and even their players but, we don’t want that type of injury for anyone. I’m very proud of how the Pittsburgh Steelers fans at the stadium handled his injury. They cheered for Chubb and showed their respect for one of the best
running backs in the league. Hopefully this won’t be a career threatening injury. It certainly didn’t look good. It was good on the NFL for now showing a replay on the show. If you want to see the injury for yourself, you can find it online. But disclaimer, it’s a tough watch. I think it’s best we end this weeks recap with Nick Chubb on all of our minds. WE are all rooting for you Chubb. We hope you’re all right.

Final score: Steelers 26 / Browns 22
The Steelers are 1-1 in the season.

AFC NORTH STANDINGS
Ravens: 2-0
Steelers: 1-1
Browns: 1-1
Bengals: 0-2
Cool fact: The Steelers are have won 21 straight Monday night
football games at home!
