GIANTS WEEK 4: DART DOES HIS PART

- Rob Crowther, Editor In Chief

Sunday September 28th, 2025 marked the official start of first round draft pick Jaxson Dart at Quarterback for the New York Giants. Dart proved that he belonged in the starting role, even managing to defeat the first place Chargers. However, the monumental win came at a cost.

Second year wide receiver Malik Nabers was diagnosed with a torn ACL leaving him out for the remainder of the 2025 season. Rumors are already beginning to swirl about what the Giants will do to fill the WR void, as even rumblings of the return of former G-men star Odell Beckham are being heard through the proverbial grapevine. Nevertheless, we wish Nabers a speedy recovery.

Dart stole the show with his hustle. He made the passes that counted, but his work on the ground accounted for many successful drives and first downs. He played hard and more importantly, smart. The young QB not only threw a touchdown but ran in one of his own during his debut. There will be a lot of growing pains, and time will tell, but Giants fans hope that Dart is the real deal.

Dart credited the defense post-game, who also played incredibly well.

Alongside the powerful running back Cameron Skattebo, the Giants could have the makings of a young, up & coming team. Fans are excited. Many stated that this is one of the first games that they had been invested in during the last few seasons.

Quite frankly, Big Blue fans are starving for something to be excited for, and this seems to be exactly what the doctor ordered. This writer is cautiously optimistic.
