The Steelers...um...well, STEAL one from the Ravens!

So, the title isn't actually accurate. The truth is, I just happen to like good word play and that headline basically wrote itself. If I was being honest, the title would read "Ravens snatch defeat from the jaws of victory!" Which is also kind of clever!
I could go on and on about the Ravens and Steelers rivalry. The history and the records and the stats, however, Tyler did an incredible job of that with his Steelers recap. (If you have not already done so, please give that article a read!) What I will say is that when these two teams collide you throw previous game momentum, records and expectations out the window as it's going to be a dirty, nasty, scrappy, defensive trench battle. In fact, 6 of these games have been decided by 5 points or less. (Steelers have won 5 out of 6 of those contests.)
This game came down to the inability for any receiver to make a catch when it mattered and Lamar making bad decisions with the football. Oh... yeah and that pesky T.J. Watt guy and the rest of a stout Steelers defense. In the end turnovers kill momentum and in such an emotionally charged division match up, momentum is what decides games. The Steelers got the momentum when it mattered with a block punt safety and an end zone interception. They now technically sit atop the AFC North (Tie-breaker)
The Ravens head across the pond to London to play an equally underperforming Titans team. The King population of England will double next week as our defense will have to contend with a powerhouse in King Henry! (See what I did?) At the end of the day it all depends on which Ravens team shows up. And if Harbaugh lets our hall of fame kicker actually kick the damn ball!? He takes so many points off the board going for it on 4th, I don't understand it???
