The Dolphins Flocked Around and Found Out in Baltimore
Wayne Keehner, Contributor
I said that I could not wait to watch Hard Knocks this week and I was not disappointed. First off, let me say that the Dolphins coach is probably one of the coolest and most respectful coaches in the league. His approach to each week and positive spin and lesson learned in each setback is truly something to admire. That being said he learned all the lessons this past Sunday, as Baltimore handed his Dolphins a 56-19 loss.
Interesting thing is, that this is the second most points scored in the Ravens history. The first highest being 59 points against, you guessed it, the Miami Dolphins in 2019.

The Dolphins came into Baltimore with a simple task. Win, and you lock up the division AND the #1 seed in the AFC. They had to do that without their Stud RB, Mostert, and their dangerous WR Waddle!

In what looked like a good old fashioned shoot out both teams just went up and down the field at will to open the game. The difference was, The Ravens started to turn potential 7 point drives for Miami, into 3 points. (Plus Tyreek dropped a TD that was in his hands. That's a 1 out of 500 drop! Insane.)

Lamar did Lamar things, throwing over 300 yards and 5 touchdowns with NO Interceptions. He has been protecting the ball very well the past 4 games and the results show.
Now the AFC road to Las Vegas has to run through Charm City! The Ravens can rest thier starters in basically a low stakes game against the Steelers! Other than the fact, of course, that it's "Steelers Week!" So even with back-ups we are going to look to win! The Dolphins have put themselves in quite a predicament as they play the Bills Sunday night to see who wins the AFC East. Though the Dolphins have clinched a playoff spot, a loss to the Bills will give the Bills a playoff spot and the Division title! What a wild season!
Now, as of the writing time of this article it has been reported that a really bad fire has broken out at the home of Dolphins star WR Tyreek Hill. All reports indicate that his wife and family are ok, but still we should all keep him and his family in our thoughts. Hopefully the damage was minimal and they didn't lose too many items or memories. As a person that had our house flood in Baltimore with over 8 feet of water and lost everything at one point, I understand that feeling! We are all wishing the Cheetah our best!

Let's buckle up for week 18 and the playoffs! Go Ravens.....
