That Ain't Love, That's Amore

It wasn't the prettiest game, but it was an important one. The New York Giants made a significant dent in the Green Bay Packers Playoff hopes, as Tommy DeVito set out to prove that he isn't just a flash in the pan QB.
"Tommy Cutlets" did what he needed to do to win the game. Most importantly, DeVito moved the ball up the field with dink and dunk passes with under a minute and a half left in the game, which allowed the field goal victory for the G-Men.
It's worth noting that Tommy DeVito is the first Giants rookie QB to win three consecutive starts since Phil Simms, according to the New York Giants Facebook Page. Even though DeVito threw only one touchdown pass, he had 71 rushing yards, an 81% completion rate, and zero interceptions. I'm still curious if DeVito is the real deal, but I will say I'm embracing the hype and positivity from Giants fans. I'm very curious to see if he can throw the long ball as he progresses as the G-men starting QB.
Also notably, the Giant's defense played well, making critical stops when needed. Wide Receiver Wan'Dale Robinson is a speedster and made critical plays going 79 yards on 6 receptions. Solid outing by Saquon as well.
Another feel good win for the Giants who may or may not be headed into the playoffs. Yet it's an exciting time for the franchise as we are seeing the future of this young team suddenly looking somewhat bright. The team has a lot more to prove but Giants fans are signed on for this ride.
Next up, Big Blue faces the Saints in New Orleans.
