MAKE-A-WISH EVENT AT WWE WORLD

- Rob Crowther, Editor In Chief

Preceding the grand opening of WWE World at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA, WWE Superstars Rey Mysterio and Charlotte Flair joined the Make-A-Wish foundation and Fanatics represented by Make-A-Wish Foundation president Leslie Motter and Chief People Officer, Orlando Ashford in giving several children the opportunity to walk down a WWE entrance way, while being announced by the two WWE stars themselves.

If that wasn't enough, Leslie and Orlando presented each child with a custom jacket and an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title belt. WWE goes the extra mile on these things, but I have to say each child had not only custom entrance music (which were all somehow amazing) but custom graphics on the tron as well. This tron was equipped with full LED boards and lightning rigs. I believe this is one of the legit entranceways used for WWE Live Events and smaller arenas.

"It is emotional, and it's emotional for our families as well. It's such a sense of joy. These children have been through so much and to have this experience, not just for the afternoon, but for days, literally, life changing experiences, it is something beyond words. We're beyond excited to partner with Fanatics and our friends at WWE to make these nineteen kids and their families have a life changing experience" , stated Motter from Make-A-Wish.

"The goal here is to bless and bring joy to these young people. They're managing through some tough situations so being able to make them ecstatic for two or three days is an honor on behalf of my company." said Mr. Ashford of Fanatics.

Motter teased that this is just the beginning of some more surprises for the nineteen children during WrestleMania weekend in Philadelphia.
