RAW REVIEW 8/12/2024

Monday Night Raw was highly anticipated, following last week’s excellent episode! They did an excellent job tonight by continuing storylines and leading off with the biggest story on Raw.
The Damien Priest/Rhea Ripley vs Judgement Day angle has been progressing so great. It also seems like the Live Morgan Revenge tour is still in full swing. These little wrinkles make this story so good!
The New Day looks to be heading towards a split. However, people think Xavier Woods will be the man to turn his back. I think it might be Kofi. Pay attention to the spotlight stealing he’s doing.
CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre is going to be the story of the year when it's all said and done. These two are going to try to end each other. Take. My. Money. If tonight was any indicator, we are in for a strap match.
Last week, I was excited about Bronson Reed’s surgance. This week, they followed it up with a great match between him and Miz that was crucial to how we perceived him going forward. He did not disappoint, as the aftermath saw him return to his destructive ways and he is going to be a big problem going forward. I like that they are building him for a possible collision course with Gunther. Yes, and take my money!
Finally, The main event of Bron Breakker vs Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Title solidified Bron as a player going forward. A great physical match to end Monday Night Raw was just what we needed!
It looks like WWE is firing on all cylinders, and picking up steam as we head towards Survivor Series. Every PLE from now until then will set us up for something special. You can see the seeds being planted. SmackDown should give us more stories and reveal a path forward. For now, we are getting great television and you can never go wrong with that!
